With the holiday season upon us, Colorado’s Toys for Tots is collecting gift donations.
This year, officials with the charity say that they have received fewer gifts than usual. “We have 100,000 requests and it’s growing every day. We’ve been short prior years, but not like this,” said one member of the Marine Corps working with Toys for Tots.
Currently, the state’s program still needs 75,000 gifts to meet requests.
Gift donations can be dropped off at several locations, including any Toys ‘R’ Us and Babies ‘R’ Us stores in Colorado. In addition, from today through December 11, people going to see Disney on Ice can bring a toy to donate at the show and get $5 off admission. Also, marines will be collecting gifts at upcoming Denver Broncos games on December 11 and December 18.
The Denver personal injury attorneys of Hull & Zimmerman, P.C. hope all enjoy their holidays.
