Denver gas prices see large rise in one year

A gasoline website in Denver revealed that in one year, the gas prices in the the city grew by 31.4 cents per gallon. On Sunday, the average price for a gallon of gasoline was $3.82 in Denver. The national average for a gallon of gasoline in the United States was found to be $3.91 on Sunday. The national price has gone up by 17.2 cents in one year.

According to a petroleum analyst, the increase of gasoline prices may finally be slowing. Gas prices have declined in the city of Chicago as well as in different areas of California. The analyst relates this decline to the correct utilization of refineries.
