A Denver, Colorado company has announced the recall of nearly 2,234 pounds of beef trim that was labeled incorrectly.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service noticed the wrong product label and announced the recall after they were inspected the products and reviewing company records. No illnesses have been reported as a result of eating the product, but consumers that are concerned should contact a physician.
