Lenovo is recalling about 50,500 of its ThinkCentre M70z and M90z all-in-one computers for a potential fire hazard. A defect in an internal component inside of the power supply could overheat and create a fire. Customers who have a defective computer should stop using it immediately.
Lenovo has received two complaints worldwide of fire that have destroyed the computers. The machines were sold from May 2010 to January 2012 online, over the phone, and in stores. The company will replace the power supply for free.
A support page on the Lenovo website allows you to enter your serial number to determine if your computer is recalled.
