Man files suit after slipping on ice in a Rite Aid

A man in West Virginia recently filed suit against Rite Aid over a slip and fall accident that occurred at one of their locations.

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was injured when visiting a Rite Aid business in Charleston.  The accident occurred in December 2010 when the man slipped on some melted ice on the floor of the store.

The plaintiff suffered unspecified injuries in the slip and fall accident.  He argued that Rite Aid was negligent in not warning visitors about the ice and water on their floor.

The man is seeking compensation for his injuries and loss of enjoyment of life, including medical expenses and lost wages.
