Monday was Martin Luther King Day, and the city of Denver celebrated with marches, dinners, community service, and more. Tomorrow, Denver residents have another opportunity to honor and celebrate the civil rights leader.
The public is invited to attend a luncheon hosted by The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Special Observance Committee. The lunch begins at 12 p.m. and is being held at the Falcon Club ballroom.
The event is titled “Celebrating the Dream Coming to Reality,” and features performances by Airmen and a talk by Col. James Stewart. Tickets to the luncheon are $12 for non-club members and $10 for members.
The Denver personal injury attorneys of Hull & Zimmerman, P.C. hope everyone takes advantage of some of the special and unique events that Denver has to offer. Visit The Denver Post website to read more about this week’s Martin Luther King Day events.
