This weekend, the 9News Parade of Lights was held in downtown Denver. More than 40 organizations participated in the parade on Friday night and again in the parade’s encore on Saturday night.
The parade walked along a 2-mile route and hundreds of spectators and families were in attendance. 8 area high school marching bands performed in the parade.
12 elaborate, lit floats were driven in the parade and 4 large balloons were flown above. Also, a West African drum line and a group of samba dancers reflected Denver’s cultural diversity.
Temperatures reached as low as 10 degrees and the parade still gathered one of its largest crowds ever.
The Denver personal injury lawyers of Hull & Zimmerman, P.C. want to wish everyone a happy holiday season.
