Earlier this month, a Pueblo woman was attacked by 2 dogs on the 0 block of Alamo Road in Pueblo, Colorado, according to the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region.
Police in the city and Pueblo Animal Services Animal Law Enforcement arrived at the scene of the attack to help the woman and investigate. The woman was taken to the emergency room for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The dogs were taken to the Pueblo Animal Services shelter and quarantined. The dogs’ owner has been cited with two counts of unlawful ownership of a dangerous dog.
