Six-year-old Vail boy hurt in bus accident

A six-year-old boy, who is a resident of Vail, Colorado, was left in critical condition after he got hit by a bus on Saturday, August 10.

The accident happened at around 6:59 p.m. when the bus, which was heading west towards East Meadow Drive across from the Solaris Plaza in Vail Village, hit the boy. The bus was driven by a 68-year-old man, who was placed on paid leave until the conclusion of the crash’s investigation.
